If you place an order and wish to make alterations to your order, or cancel it before it ships, you must call our office within one business day of placing the order at 610-395-4641 to speak with our office staff during business hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10AM - 2PM
Friday: 10AM - 12PM.
Emails, chat messages, voicemails and text requesting cancellation will not be accepted as they may not be seen in time.
Should an order ship and cancellation requests not comply with this policy, eligible items may be returned in compliance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
A 3% cancellation will be added to all canceled orders greater than $500.
