Shipping Policy

We do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible. We work with FedEx and UPS to deliver your packages quickly and safely, meaning our rates are subject to change as theirs do. 

For orders within the 48 contiguous states:
Orders of $99 or more receive FREE Shipping automatically, 
while orders under this amount are subject to a $16 Flat Rate shipping fee. 

Orders shipped to Alaska are calculated based on order weight. 

Orders shipped to Canada are calculated based on weight and subject to international fees. For international packages, the fee only covers the shipping - it is on the customer to cover any further customs fees that may incur. 

Orders are currently being shipped within 5-6 business days (business days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday). We are working as hard as we can to make sure everyone's orders go out in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience in advance.

We offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air for customers needing faster delivery. Orders with rush shipping are prioritized for same-day processing if placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, or by 12:00 PM on Fridays. Orders placed after these cutoff times, or on weekends, will ship the next business day. Please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders get packaged neatly, and safely secured so that your fabric does not get damaged. To do so increases the time it takes to get your order ready. If you’d like your order in a certain amount of time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

If you place an order and wish to make alterations to your order, or cancel it before it ships, you must call our office within one business day of placing the order at 610-395-4641 to speak with our office staff during business hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 3PM
Friday: 9AM - 12PM. 

Emails, chat messages, voicemails and text requesting cancellation will not be accepted as they may not be seen in time.

Should an order ship and cancellation requests not comply with this policy, eligible items may be returned in compliance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. 

A 3% cancellation will be added to all canceled orders greater than $500.
